H&S Manager

As H&S Manager, you are responsible for welfare and safety of the operational teams on site. You actively contribute to policy in accordance with current legislation. You also coordinate the activities within your domain and work out the necessary strategies. You draw up risk analyses and work out action points with a view to prevention. You are the contact regarding HSE. You work across the different sites and will implement a stable culture in which safety and well-being are central.

Close collaboration with the different departments of InSky is crucial and you will collect an in depth knowledge of the several tasks, roles and responsibilities of every colleague. You will even go on site to contrast theory with practice and will remind those in charge of their duties towards their team.

You will:

• Translate legislation in understandable guidelines
• Setup a H&S structure (HO2OPS)
• Follow-up periodical inspections of PBM
• Follow-up periodical inspections on site
• Schedule and follow up courses (ELIA, BA4/5, GOF3-4, …)
• Setup and follow up VCA, ISO 9001, …

As H&S Manager you will report to the Site Acquisition Manager.

• Diploma in Prevention Advisor Level 1. No Level 1 degree, but Level 2 with +10 years of experience? Apply as well!
• Basic computer knowledge
• fluent multilingual in Dutch, French and English: speaking, writing and reading

• VCA-Vol
• GOF3-4
• Veiligheidscoördinator niv. A/B
• Knowledge of Romanian
• Knowledge of the Belgian Telecom market
